I’ve been curious for a long time and finally went 🙌✨

They have regular soba-gaki, fried soba-gaki,
and even thick-cut soba noodles—everything looks so tempting 😂
You can even choose how the buckwheat is ground, so many options 👨🏻🍳

They offered a 3-item tasting set,
so I tried the soba-gaki, fried soba-gaki, and thick-cut soba all together 😍

The soba-gaki was melty,
the fried soba-gaki crispy on the outside 🤭
and the thick-cut soba was very satisfying 💯

You can enjoy them with dipping sauce, salt, or various seasonings 🤤
It’s fun to taste a little bit of everything ✨
The buckwheat flavor was strong and delicious!

The atmosphere of the shop is calm and cozy ◎
If you’ve never tried soba-gaki, definitely give it a shot 🤭
