Rice Lab Momofuku Uehommachi Branch, located on the first floor of Sunshine Shinryoku, is a rice-producing izakaya where you can enjoy earthenware pot rice and creative Japanese cuisine made with rice flour and rice oil.

Based on the concept of "conveying the vitality and deliciousness of rice," we offer dishes carefully prepared with seasonal ingredients, focusing on carefully selected rice purchased directly from producers.
