Enjoy Michelin-Starred Kushikatsu at a Reasonable Price in Osaka/Shinsaibashi

🥢 Kushikatsu Kitchen Dan Shinsaibashi Branch
📍 Osaka, Shinsaibashi (5-minute walk from Shinsaibashi Station)

This time, I ordered:
・15-item Kushikatsu Omakase Course (5980 yen) 📝

The lineup included luxurious ingredients such as foie gras, kombu with roe topped with caviar, and fried sushi with premium tuna!

Here’s the menu for the day👇
・Fried sushi with premium tuna
・Seafood special (6 kinds)
・Black Wagyu tenderloin
・Senshu eggplant
・Shrimp
・Kinjun pork
・Kombu with roe topped with sea urchin and caviar
・Shiitake mushroom
・Foie gras
・Corn
・Green curry cream croquette
・Tanba chicken with tomato basil sauce
・Octopus sausage
・Sea bass with black pepper sauce
・Asparagus
・Dessert (I chose matcha fondant with ice cream)

There are four types of dipping sauces: "sauce, salt, mustard sauce, and ponzu." The staff kindly recommends which sauce pairs best with each item, so no worries✨️. I especially loved the "mustard sauce," which was delicious with everything!

The fried sushi with premium tuna was a surprising start! The crispy fried sushi was innovative and delightful.

The seafood special showcased the distinct flavors of each of the six types of seafood.

The black Wagyu tenderloin was tender and juicy, with its umami spreading throughout my mouth☺️.

The Senshu eggplant was refreshing and juicy, while the shrimp was so consistently delicious that I could eat endless skewers! 💗

The kombu with roe had a fun popping texture and left a strong impression. It was topped with sea urchin for an extra touch of luxury!

The foie gras was thick, indulgent, and melted in my mouth✨️.

The corn was sweet and absolutely exquisite! The buttery flavor made it so addictive that I could eat it forever 🥰.

The green curry croquette instantly filled my mouth with the taste of curry! It felt like eating green curry itself in one bite—amazing🙌.

The asparagus was soft and comforting, making it a perfect way to end the meal.

For dessert, I chose the new "matcha fondant." This luxurious dessert combined freshly fried matcha fondant with cold matcha ice cream. The balance of bitterness and sweetness was perfect, leaving me completely satisfied 💗.

The counter seats are highly recommended as you can enjoy the live cooking right in front of you. The staff’s attentive service was excellent, and they even saw me off, making it a heartwarming experience☺️.

Even on a weekday evening, the place was almost full, so making a reservation is a safe bet🙆♀️. This is a perfect spot for special occasions or celebratory meals✨. Thank you for the wonderful meal🙏.
