Monaco is located in southern France, on the Mediterranean Sea, and is the second-smallest country in the world. The Monaco Pavilion at the Expo in Osaka isn't too large, but it's well worth a visit. The theme of the Monaco Pavilion is "Take Care of Wonder." The interactive installations on the first floor offer a visual and tactile experience of the local ocean and landscape, detailing their efforts in ecological conservation. The pavilion is divided into several small themed pavilions.
The second floor features two VR screens that offer a panoramic view of Morocco, but it's perfectly acceptable to skip them. The third floor offers a bar for red and white wine, with the most expensive drink reportedly costing 40,000 yen. The rooftop seating extends to an outdoor observation deck.
Outside, there's a garden with wooden educational games and interactive installations. The children had a blast playing with them. Near the exit is a separate pavilion, the highlight of the exhibition. It features an immersive underwater experience, using light and shadow to simulate an underwater scene. There's a beautifully designed column that reaches all the way to the ceiling.
