\Impressive/
Namba Yasaka Shrine, home to a giant lion⛩️
The lion's head, measuring approximately 12 meters tall and 11 meters wide, serves as a shrine and is extremely popular!
People were arriving by taxi one after the other. 🚕
The inside of the lion's mouth is the stage, designed as if to "eat evil spirits and bring good fortune." ✨
Benefits (goryaku)
Protection from evil spirits, good fortune, business prosperity, academic success, etc.
In particular, since the lion is said to swallow evil spirits, it is said to ward off evil spirits and increase luck.
It's within walking distance from Namba Station, making it a perfect combination for sightseeing in addition to Dotonbori. ♪
In Dotonbori, Kobukuro music was playing in the background and there were lots of flags, creating an Expo-like atmosphere. I remember stopping by before going to the Expo and feeling incredibly excited. 🥺
I've compiled my Osaka trip information on #sonoko_Osaka. 😊
