White Sands is like standing in a sea of pure white dunes. The gypsum sand glows in the sunlight, and walking barefoot across it felt otherworldly. I tried sledding down the dunes like a kid again — pure fun. The sunset painted the entire desert in shades of pink and gold, and the silence was powerful. It’s simple, it’s surreal, and it’s one of the most unique places I’ve ever set foot on. #holidayitinerary
