The Tram has finally arrived after almost two years of waiting. So, I'm back to stay again. Although it's only a system test drive, running only occasionally, after a while. It's still one of my favorite hotels because every time I come, we sleep in a different theme, especially in the train zone. Each car has a different decor.
This time, I stayed in the Heritage Railcar Suite, themed "Uthai Thani." My last stay was in the Heritage Railcar 2 Bedroom Pool Villa, which I reviewed last year.
The experience wasn't much different, except that this room lacks a private pool and living room. It's comfortable for two people, but I wouldn't recommend it if there are three of you, as it can be a bit cramped.
The service this time was better than previous times. Maybe it's because the hotel has been open for a while now, and this year marks its fourth year, so it feels more settled.
This time, I tried all the restaurants: POIROT, PAPILLON, TEA CARRIAGE, and SOMYING'S KITCHEN.
If you're a serious photographer, don't miss it! Every angle is beautiful.
The hotel has also added electric car charging points, so don't worry if you're driving from Bangkok—it's an easy 200 kilometers.
