🔺 A Walk in the Clouds 🔺

Perched on the eastern side of the Himalayas is the captivating Kingdom of Bhutan. Its citizens call it The Land of Happiness, and for valid reason. The government and its royal family places more importance on the people’s Gross National Happiness as opposed to the country’s GDP.

Here, you will find sights you will never encounter elsewhere. A pure, unique culture and history the Bhutanese people take tremendous pride in. A sure highlight of traveling here is definitely the trek to Taktsang Monastery or the The Tiger’s Nest. Catching sight of the majestic, almost magical structure on the side of a mountain is nothing short of breathtaking.

Some💡: Traveling here requires coursing through a local tour operator as the country limits the number of visitors. This though makes your trip here extremely convenient and cost effective. Smoking among other things is banned here, so please be aware and mindful of the rules, as is the case when visiting another country.
