Bakery & Café "Noza" located in Juchosei. The bread dough is made with domestic wheat, and Tamba black beans, which are used in Japanese sweets, are used with yuzu from Kitagawa Village. In addition, the bean paste that the confectioner cooks for the bread is made with "Asai Dainagon" from Shiga Prefecture. There were many kinds of bread lined up in the store, which has an atmosphere like a Japanese sweets shop. The most popular is "Takumi no Anpan" with plenty of bean paste. I bought an bun, a croissant, a pain au chocolat, etc., and the bun was the best. It was filled with a not-too-sweet bean paste and had a refined taste. The second floor is a cafe where you can enjoy breakfast, siphon coffee, desserts, etc.
