Review of Dusit Thani Pattaya

The hotel offers an amazing view, located right by the beach. It has plenty of parking spaces and multiple EV charging stations (AC type).

We booked 6 rooms with a fantastic promotion of stay 1 night, get 1 night free last April. The hotel seems to be undergoing renovations, with some areas already completed. Out of the 6 rooms we booked, there were issues such as water with an odor, yellowish water, and water system problems. The hotel was aware that some rooms might have these issues. Other problems included water pooling near the toilet, electrical issues, broken balcony chairs, and excessive dust on the headboards in some rooms. The hotel responded well; once informed, staff were sent to address and resolve the issues immediately. Out of the 6 rooms, 4 had to be relocated, while 2 rooms were in good condition without any problems. Special thanks to Mr. Amorntep and Ms. Saithip for consistently resolving the issues.

Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, but it was quite crowded. Between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM, there was a queue for tables.

The hotel provides numerous activities, including 3 swimming pools that are not overcrowded, Siam Tennis, and a Kids Club (though I didn’t check it out). There are many other activities available as well.
