Spa that provides access to spa massage

Wan will introduce everyone to a spa that allows us to meditate before the massage to help us relax before the massage. Wan came to do it at #ThevaranSpa, located in the Dusit Thani Pattaya Hotel.

The treatment that Wan did today is a new one called Them Holistic Aura, a body massage treatment with oil or skin scrub inspired by using homegrown herbs.

The therapist recommends choosing ingredients that match our health needs. It will be mixing the oil ourselves. Just choose which one you want. There are 3 types to choose from: Detox, Destress and Deep Sleep. Then the therapist will take you to mix the oil.

Before starting the massage, the spa asked us to meditate for about 1 minute with the resonating sound of Tibetan bowls to help us relax as much as possible before receiving the spa massage. And after the spa massage is complete, there will be a wake-up call from Shake the Kochi bell. The sound is very soft. It helps throughout this massage. I feel really relaxed and relaxed.
