I just stayed at the Jomtien Thani Hotel. It's a three-star hotel that's not expensive at all compared to what you get. It's definitely worth it.

The rooms are newly renovated, look beautiful and modern, clean, tidy, and comfortable to sleep in. The 4th floor of the hotel has a swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, and a small bar where you can chill out after swimming.

Breakfast is a buffet with rice soup, Thai food, bread, freshly made eggs at the egg station, and a coffee maker that you can make yourself. It's quite delicious.

The location is also good. It's only a 5-minute walk from the hotel to the beach. It's very convenient.

Overall, if anyone is looking for a place to stay in the Jomtien area that's not expensive, but has everything: a good room, breakfast, and is close to the sea, I recommend this place. 👍
