The lightly seasoned mee hoon (rice vermicelli) was cooked to perfection—soft yet slightly chewy, with just the right amount of seasoning.

What made the meal truly memorable was the ayam balut (chicken wrapped in banana leaf). The chicken was tender, juicy, and infused with aromatic herbs and spices.
