Lachér in Mont Kiara: Overhyped or Worth It?

#celebrateit

Lacher’s been a hot catch lately due to the social marketing. So, I together with friends decided to chase the hype.

The place surely has that sleek sheen. All items are definitely good in ingredients and skill either. Just that I found the prices too steep to justify the quality/skill.

For example, the flat white featuring normal nutty house blend at RM14. And the croissant, despite being made with good skills and looking very good from the outside, a bite into it doesn’t feel as satisfying as I thought it should be: the buttery flavour came slight short, and the texture inside was a tad bready.

What’s truly worth ordering to me is the matcha tart, which has a good deal of layers of flavour and textures.

P/S: Mont Kiara branch is the only place with dine-in
