Today, I stopped by “Pao Pao Spicy Salad” in Phatthalung. Let me tell you, the salad is so good that you don’t need to add any more seasoning. 😋
There is fresh shrimp salad, blue crab salad, pork sausage with salted egg yolk salad, and even a cockle salad. The seafood is very fresh. The salad dressing is outstanding, sour, sweet, spicy, and full of flavor. 💥 It’s so delicious that it burns your tongue but you can’t stop eating!
You can order fermented fish or not. You can choose the spiciness. You can choose mango, corn, and lotus root to put in the salad. Order whichever you like.
I recommend the mixed egg salad. It’s so delicious that you have to order more. 😂
The menu is packed with ingredients and the price is reasonable. The shop is easy to sit in and chill, like eating at a friend’s house, but it’s spicier than you think!
