Wat Phnom is a Buddhist temple in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, was built in 1373, Wat Phnom stands out for its numerous altars and stupas, as well as its beautifully decorated buildings. Upon ascending the temple grounds, you'll find the main Viharn, housing an ancient bronze Buddha image and paintings depending on the Jataka tales and the Ramayana. It is one of Phnom Penh's oldest temples, and the temple grounds are beautifully shady and lined with large trees. It is a sacred temple attracting numerous worshippers each day.
