OOTOYA opens in Phnom Penh, Cambodia

This Dahuya is the first branch in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Located on the second floor of Aeon Mall Sensok.

When I opened the menu, I was somewhat surprised to find that there were even thirty options, priced from five dollars to twenty dollars, available a la carte or an optional package.
