The last thing you can’t miss when you visit Phu Quoc Island is Sunset Town! There are plenty of restaurants and bars along the waterfront, and RuNam Phu Quoc is one of those restaurants with excellent views and food. It's perfect in the evening to find a comfortable place to sit, watch the sun slowly set, and have the opportunity to encounter the fireworks show, the whole atmosphere is super beautiful.
RuNam Phu Quoc
Address: Sunset Town, An Thới, Phú Quốc, Kiên Giang 91000, Vietnam
Business Hours: 10:00 - 23:00
Restaurant environment
Outdoor open-air seating overlooking the sea, the interior is modern with Vietnamese local style, perfect for couples or a group of friends gathering. The evening hours are beautiful enough to take pictures, and at night the whole sunset town is very lively.
Must-try delicacies
- Vietnamese spring rolls: fried crispy, fresh filling, wrapped in lettuce with sauce is really unbeatable
- Seafood platter: fresh ingredients, shrimp and crab are bouncy, with spicy sauce super appetizing
- Iced drip coffee: recommended by locals, very rich and fragrant
- Signature Beef Noodles: The soup is sweet and clear, the beef is not stale, and the portion is moderate
Prices are moderately high, around $200-$300 HKD per person (depending on what you order), but the view and service are well worth it.
Real impressions after use
We ordered several starters and main courses, the seafood was fresh and not fishy, the restaurant service was very attentive and the waiters were very polite. The best part was to sit in the al fresco seat after dinner, watch the sunset, and watch the fireworks around after 8pm! Relaxing and satisfying.
Tips
It is recommended to go at 5-7 pm to find a beautiful place, do not rush, wait for sunset to have dinner. If you want to see the fireworks, remember to check if the restaurant has arrangements for the day, there will be at different times on different days.
