You should always visit Pingtan to see the sunset.

The sky is blue, and so is the sea.
Personally, I think the scenery at 68 Village and the Northern Ecological Corridor is truly amazing.
Mirror Sand Beach is also nice, though there's quite a bit of litter.
Xianren Jing (Immortal Well) seems heavily reliant on post-processing filters.
(The sunset view here is beautiful too, but it gets dark by 5:30 PM and the area closes.)
However, the fun and beauty depend entirely on good weather—otherwise, the sea view falls flat, and the strong sea breeze can be overwhelming (a few days ago in Shishi, Quanzhou, the wind was so strong it ruined the experience... I was covered in sand).
A real Avatar world.
The dreamlike realm of Avatar!
The seawater seems enchanted by stars, with every wave glowing a mystical blue. Stepping into it, the bioluminescence scatters with each footstep, making me feel like I'm treading on stars and waves.
Seeing this blue fluorescent coastline, I couldn't help but recall fantastical movie scenes—as if I might start dancing with the Na'vi by the shore any second. This shade of blue is the ocean's hidden tender secret and my most unforgettable summer romance.
