A highly recommended place to stay in Hengchun: Senmiao B&B. Located next to the north gate of the Old City Gate and about a 10-15 minute walk from the Hengchun Bus Station, the area is quiet and perfect for a relaxing break. However, there aren't many places to shop. Public transportation would be more convenient.

The hostess is very friendly and welcoming. The B&B has an elevator, outlets near the beds, and a shared refrigerator for keeping food cool. The environment is very clean and well-maintained.
