Located in the eastern suburbs of Yogyakarta, Indonesia, Prambanan is Southeast Asia's most magnificent Hindu temple complex. Built in the 9th century, it is now a World Heritage Site. The complex is best represented by its three towering main temples: the Shiva Temple, the Vishnu Temple, and the Brahma Temple, representing the three main Hindu deities. The Shiva Temple stands a majestic 47 meters tall. The temple walls are decorated with vivid carvings depicting stories from the Indian epic Ramayana. During the day, admire the magnificent carvings, while at dusk, capture the stunning sunset shimmering over the towering spires. At night, enjoy the "Ramayana Dance Drama" near the complex, recreating the epic legend through music and dance. This fusion of religion and art adds an unforgettable experience to your visit.
