Red Panda Manor Hotel (recommended❕)
Stay in a wooden cabin in the forest, open the curtains to see a sea of green, fall asleep to the natural white noise of birds and cicadas, and enjoy the night insect watching activity. It's really worth it.
Insect expert Feng Ge gives a detailed explanation. Zhang Ge and I saw stick insects, fireflies, beetles, longhorn beetles, mantises, and katydids up close for the first time.

Dining
The view from the Wetland Restaurant is amazing. Egrets stroll by the window. Red pandas patrol the restaurant from 8:30 to 10:00. The red pandas were away for a health check when we visited, but there were two sika deer at the door. You can feed them.

Dayanghe Forest Park (Red Panda Manor)
Last entry: 16:00. Park closes: 18:00.
We checked in at 15:30, stored our luggage at the guest center, and went straight to the park.
Guests at Red Panda Manor Hotel receive two white rhino interaction tickets and two red panda interaction tickets.

Animals in the park 👀
White rhinos, sika deer, red pandas, binturongs, slow lorises, and macaques. If you're lucky, you might see the famous gibbon Ding Ding. We saw one flash by on the shuttle bus to the hotel. Animal interaction
