When I was looking for attractions, I came across this place and thought, "Oh my gosh, I have to go!" This spot is located in a suburban area, making it perfect for a stopover on your first day after landing or on your way to the airport. It's quite close to the airport!
How to get to Putra Mosque (Masjid Putra):
Take the airport train to Putrajaya, and absolutely avoid taking the bus—it's super inconvenient. Just grab a Grab ride, which costs only around 100 MYR, very affordable! If you have luggage, don't worry; you can leave it at the entrance of the mosque. Although no one will watch over it, the visit inside only takes about 15 minutes, and the main highlight is taking beautiful photos outside. I also found the place to be very respectful of etiquette—like being in the presence of a deity, everyone behaves properly. I just left my luggage there! It's stunning, and you absolutely have to go.
Putra Mosque (Masjid Putra): Located in Putrajaya, a suburb near Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, this dreamy pink water mosque is a must-visit!
