Eating the fish head, was neve

Eating the fish head, was never my favorite before I came to 千岛湖(Thousand islands lake) . But every restaurant that you visit in 千岛湖 totally recommend this 胖头鱼 which literally means fat fish head. Also this dish & fish amaze me that fish head also has lot of 肉 (meat) to eat. Along with that the spicy chicken (perfectly 65 days grown) was such a delicacy. Moreover you will also learn a new skill, on how to eat out of the shell. The process is you take a toothpick, and pick the meat out haha !
