Fly from Hongqiao Airport to Hohhot Baita Airport.
Take a car from Baita Airport to the Daleszy B&B.
The whole journey takes 7 hours, but it's worth it!

🛏️Accommodation:
The B&B is located on the mountain of Taiji Bay in the Yellow River Grand Canyon.
The brick walls are made of local loess and blend in with the surrounding environment.
It looks like a natural village growing from the edge of the cliff.

There are 15 guest rooms here, each with its own terrace.
You can overlook the Yellow River from different angles.
The underfloor heating is also very considerate.
It provides a very comfortable place to escape the cold in the freezing season.

The welcome gift in the room is various dairy products and dried crabapples.
I ate a few and was immediately impressed.
When I checked out, I bought a lot more at the front desk.

Although it is a resort B&B, the food is not sloppy at all.

1⃣️The butler will confirm the main course with you the night before breakfast.
(Mainly noodles, but you can also order porridge and wontons.)
After getting up, go to the restaurant for a semi-buffet + set meal, which is very nutritious.
The lamb shaomai for breakfast is a must-try. It's really delicious!

2⃣️Lunch and dinner are also served in the same place.
The dishes are home-cooked but delicious, and the food is very tasty! Very appetizing.

3⃣️If you stay at Daleszy, "Wild Coffee" is a must.

During the day, the room is full of sunshine. You can hide indoors with your friends to play board games or browse your phone.
Soak in the sun and enjoy the comfort.

At dusk, sitting on the outdoor viewing platform
is the best time to enjoy the canyon and feel the "Yellow River water coming from the sky."

At night, here or on the room balcony is the best place to watch the stars.
Look up and you will see a sky full of stars visible to the naked eye.
