Yudai Beach

Where River Meets Sea|Free Visit to Yudai Beach in Hainan
🏖️Yudai Beach is a 2.5km-long sandy stretch located in Bo'ao, marking the junction where river meets sea. The distinct color contrast between deep and shallow waters is clearly visible. This self-driving guide offers a no-return route—no boats, no tickets—starting from Bo'ao via county roads to reach the southern end of Yudai Beach, then continuing to Wanning. This off-the-beaten-path adventure requires some driving skills and a dash of adventurous spirit.

📍Route: Bo'ao > Huanhu Road > Nangang Bridge > Donghai Road > CITIC Shanqin Bay

🏖️Nangang Bridge appears closed on navigation apps, but it's actually accessible! Enter via Huanhu Road to cross the bridge. After reaching CITIC Shanqin Bay, you'll spot some unfinished buildings and rough roads. Drive a bit further to find a paved road—turn right, then after 50m, take the small path on your left leading to the coast.

🏖️Zoom in on the map to spot the coastal trail. Upon arrival, you'll see anglers and a striking two-tone seawater divide—this is Yudai Beach!

‼️Caution: Watch out for large potholes near the unfinished buildings—drive carefully for safety!
