I thought Weihai was beautiful enough

until I went to Rongcheng.
Even during the holidays, you can enjoy an uncrowded vacation mode.
The coastline is really long, with few people, and it's a niche place overlooked by many!
Every day, just go out for a walk and find a place to daydream.

Regarding accommodation:
You can stay by the sea (both homestays and hotels are available).
You can stay in the mountains (this time we chose to stay at the foot of Chishan, waking up to a pastoral life, and going out to an islander life).
You can also stay on a small island (the islands here are not commercialized, and the accommodation environment on the islands is generally average).

Regarding activities:
My route: Along the coastline all the way towards Weihai
Dongchu Island - Lily Bay - Sakura Lake - Seaside Park - Rongcheng Huaxing Hotel (Rainbow Bridge is here) - Swan Lake (only in winter) - Blue Whale Shipwreck - Jimi Island (Wildlife Park, Motianling Cableway, Hailu Island, Xiaowudui Post Station... these are also nearby) - Naxianghai
Of course, you can also travel in the opposite direction.
