[Searching for quokkas and cycling through the spectacular scenery on Rottnest Island 🌊🚲]

A day trip to Rottnest Island, a popular spot in Western Australia!

🚢 Departing from the ferry terminal in Fremantle.

We made a reservation the day before, and we were able to get on without any problems!

After landing, we rented bicycles and went around the island!

(There are buses and Segways, but we are active people💪)

...But there were surprisingly many ups and downs, so my honest impression was, "Maybe I should have gotten an electric one...lol"😂

But! The beauty of the ocean was enough to blow away all my fatigue✨
We also enjoyed snorkeling along the way, and it felt great! 🤿

And then we looked for the quokka we were looking for!
We were about to give up after not finding it, but we finally found it on our way home🦘❤️

Apparently, they start to become active around the evening.

They are often seen around bakeries and cafes, so if you're looking for them, I recommend those areas! There were bars and restaurants, but we stayed on the beach until the last minute, so next time I'd like to try toasting with cocktails while watching the sunset!

Rottnest Island is perfect for both active people and those who want to relax and unwind, so I highly recommend it!
