It's a wonderful course that uses ingredients from Saga Prefecture generously, with a punchy yet elegant flavor❤️

The menu for this day was

- Yacon, lotus root, and three kinds of vegetable salad seasoned with a slight curry-flavored oil

- Taro boiled and fried with cinnamon, accented with mustard, and topped with Gouda cheese

- Chicken thighs with yogurt and spices, soured with pearl citrus, and a salad of many kinds of vegetables

- Yellowtail, shimeji mushrooms, and norabona curry in cream sauce

- Thin-leaf coriander, lamb mince curry

- Lentils and vegetable curry accented with mustard

- Pudding steamed for 7 hours with aged Hatcho miso and mirin sauce, and coffee

They also provide hot water to go with the dishes.
The whole place is a wonderful hideaway💖
