The exterior of the Sakura City Museum of Art presents an elegant Western style, with white walls and green roofs, which is particularly eye-catching in the surrounding natural landscape. The building design skillfully combines Japanese and Western elements, reflecting the architectural characteristics of the Meiji period.

The museum mainly collects and displays Western art, including oil paintings, sculptures and prints. I particularly appreciated several works by famous European painters of the 19th century. Their rich colors and delicate brushstrokes were truly amazing.
