A must-visit spot in Samarkand, the Shah-i-Zinda Mausoleum Complex✨

Located on the hill of Afrasiyab, there are 14 mausoleums and mosques still standing🪽

The intricate mosaics and the overwhelming blue tiles create a space that feels like a flood of blue🫢⚡️

Having seen numerous mosques and madrasahs before, the sheer scale of this place is incomparable, leaving me speechless🫨

Every angle is picture-perfect, but it's so overwhelming that I didn't know where to start taking photos😂🌀

It's a very popular spot, so group tours start arriving from the morning. It's recommended to visit right at the opening time (8 AM during my visit)🫛
