✨Recommended Points
1. The scenery is stunning as it is located in a mountainous area.
2. You can enjoy freshly made soba noodles using Sanda-produced or domestically sourced buckwheat flour.
3. Even if there’s a queue, the turnover is quick.
☝ During a visit over a holiday, there were 18 groups ahead, and the wait was about 30 minutes. Ordered the Unsu Soba (a mix of grated radish and yam, priced at 1,050 yen) and tempura. There are pet-friendly seats outside, but they can be used even if you don’t have a pet. There’s also a dojo where you can experience making soba noodles.
