I have stayed at this budget hotel five times during my five visits to Liuzhou

Location:
Although Sanjiang County is part of Liuzhou, it is actually closer to Guilin. It takes three and a half hours to get there by high-speed train from Nanning.
✅The hotel itself is very conveniently located, only a ten-minute drive from both the high-speed train station and the county town. It takes about half an hour by taxi to reach the main scenic area (Chengyang Bazhai).

Service:
✅The perfect experience starts as soon as you enter the hotel. During check-in, the front desk will give a very detailed introduction to the hotel facilities, then someone will lead you to your room and introduce the room's features. They proactively offer turndown service in the evening, and everything is impeccable. Honestly, the service quality I experienced at the Sanjiang Courtyard by Marriott is far better than most Marriott and Sheraton hotels in other places, and it's even comparable to JW.

Room:
⭕️Since it was the busy National Day holiday, it was not possible to upgrade to a suite, but I was upgraded to a room with a better view. From the window, you could see the river and the county town (p1). Except for the lack of a bathtub due to Courtyard's positioning, there is nothing else to fault. The facilities are visibly new, and the decor mainly features warm wood finishes combined with fabric elements with ethnic patterns.

Facilities:
✅The hotel is generally arranged in a cluster layout, and the decoration and interior design of the public spaces are both comfortable and stylish.
✅✅As for the public facilities, I must mention the swimming pool. Without saying much, just look at the pictures. This outdoor pool alone is worth the room price! Moreover, during the National Day holiday, we only encountered one or two other groups of guests at the pool, which just shows that Sanjiang is not really a hot tourist destination (p2-p4).
✅The breakfast is also definitely top-notch, offering local specialties such as oil tea and snail noodles, and the taste is absolutely on par with outside restaurants (p5).

Regarding the price, the basic room is 400+ on weekdays and weekends, and 600+ during holidays... With such cost-performance, whether you are here for tourism or a hotel vacation, it is a great value
