Mandarin Oriental Sanya is located in a rather remote area. The journey there is through the wilderness, situated at the edge of Yulin Bay in Sanya, surrounded by a coral bay with lush forests. The exclusive beach scenery is simply amazing!

The hotel's Southeast Asian garden style is designed by a resort paradise designer, perfectly blending the natural scenery of Yulin Bay in the South China Sea with the local cultural charm of Hainan. It's extremely relaxing and therapeutic, making you just want to lie by the pool, enjoy the sea breeze, and soak up the sun.

The room type we stayed in was a terrace room, with a spacious 60 square meters. The interior is decorated with dark wood furniture, patterned headboards, and artworks full of the local Li and Miao ethnic culture of Sanya, giving it a very high-quality feel.

A double room with breakfast for one night costs about 8,500 TWD. Considering the level of Mandarin Oriental, this price is quite reasonable. The only downside is that the restaurant prices are relatively high, but the complimentary breakfast is quite sumptuous.

Although the hotel has a private beach, the coastline is mostly rocky and not suitable for swimming. However, there are three swimming pools to enjoy, and you can also experience water activities, giving it a very island vacation vibe. You can really spend the whole day in the hotel grounds without needing to go out.
