In Sanya! The most satisfying JW hotel I've stayed at is this one

💰Average cost:
The open-plan family suite costs 3,000 yuan per night. The 130-square-meter space combined with the hotel environment and amenities offers attractive value for money, making it a great choice for family vacations.

🏘️Room type/layout:
The hotel features Spanish-style architecture, and my dad particularly loved the corridor design. The garden landscape is also beautiful. The suite is spacious, though it's noticeable that it was renovated later—the bed in the living room lacks a headboard, and the nightstand and lamp seem more decorative, with no nearby power outlets. Fortunately, we solved this issue by getting an extension cord through the local contact.

🛌Amenities/facilities:
As a hotel opened in 2019, the facilities are well-maintained. The TV supports screen mirroring, and the master bathroom has a smart toilet, adding convenience. For the beach, there are about 8 beach chairs, and while the sand isn't exceptionally fine, and there are beach motorcycles passing by, it doesn’t significantly affect the overall experience.

🧹Soundproofing/cleanliness:
The hotel maintains good overall hygiene.

💗Other tips:
We were lucky with the service—the staff we encountered were professional, and we didn’t face any attitude issues. Room service was responsive, and late checkout was smoothly arranged. The suite also comes with a butler, who, while not particularly essential, was prompt in addressing basic needs.

For dining, the hotel breakfast is fairly standard in terms of variety and taste, and it wasn’t crowded during the off-season. The hotel restaurants and bars offer good prices and decent flavors, though the service at Cai Yue Xuan, while friendly, could be more professional.

Staying in Haitang Bay is very convenient—it’s close to the duty-free shops and easy to explore the food plaza. After visiting Atlantis, we found that neither hotel was as bad as some online reviews suggested, though Atlantis’s service efficiency was slightly slower (except when collecting room keys, which was quick).

Overall, it was a great stay, and our family enjoyed a few leisurely days—highly recommended for family vacations.
