Sapporo Nijo Market Donbe DONBE Must-visit Kaisendon Restaurant🍣

Donbe, a kaisendon specialty restaurant located in Nijo Market, one of Hokkaido's three major markets.

Kaisendon is a Japanese seafood rice bowl topped with various seafood, sprinkled with soy sauce, and eaten right away without mixing.

It's also my favorite food.
This is definitely the best kaisendon I've ever had👍

Actually, there is a famous kaisendon restaurant in Nijo Market, but the wait was ridiculously long...I wondered why? I wandered around and found it by chance.

The wait was only about 10 minutes, and the restaurant was quiet and clean,
and there was a friendly staff member who spoke Korean because she was mixed-race.

The great thing about kaisendon is that you can choose the seafood that goes on top according to your taste, and the menu was so diverse that I had a hard time deciding. In the end, I ordered No. 2, and wow....
I realized that this is what it means to have something that melts in your mouth. It's not that one thing is particularly delicious, but everything is delicious overall.. Even the soup that comes with it is delicious...
Nevertheless, if you have to choose, you have to eat tuna and scallop. (firmly)

I regret not visiting every day😭
If I go to Sapporo again, I will definitely visit again 1000%
