The Sapporo Grand Hotel in Hokkaido is located in the center of Sapporo City, with convenient transportation. Since its opening in December 1934 as the first Western-style grand hotel in Hokkaido, it has inherited the spirit of 'guest first' and has been dedicated to serving customers.
Location:
The location is quite convenient, with restaurants and convenience stores downstairs.
Sanitation:
Clean and tidy, the hotel rooms are divided into smoking and non-smoking rooms.
Wifi:
The wifi is very smooth and very easy to use.
Room Size:
The size is already not small, located in the new building, with complete facilities and humanized design.
Service:
Very enthusiastic, especially the young man at the front desk, that smile is so healing, seeing that smile makes the mood for the trip explode with joy.
I particularly want to talk about their breakfast, there are three options to choose from, two are a mix of Western and Japanese styles, and one is purely Japanese. I personally prefer the purely Japanese one, haha, the scenery is super nice, and the service is also very on point. The breakfast is so exquisite, and there are also a variety of set meals to choose from.
