A trip to Hokkaido in April, where snow still fell.

Hokkaido is a popular summer destination for escaping the heat, but the charm of snow-covered Hokkaido is truly unique!

Originally, I wanted to visit during the peak season in February to see the snow festival, but due to personal circumstances, I couldn't make it. Surprisingly, even when I visited in April, there was still snow, which was fascinating.

❄️ There was more snow in Asahikawa and Biei compared to Sapporo. Especially near the Biei Tree, the snow was piled up beautifully, making it an unforgettable sight.

🥩 No trip to Hokkaido is complete without trying Jingisukan (grilled lamb). Although I don't usually eat lamb often, this time I visited not once, but twice! 👍

🧁 When it comes to Japan, desserts are a must. I visited LeTAO, a dessert shop exclusive to Hokkaido, and indulged in a variety of treats. Fun fact: LeTAO is named after the region Otaru, where its main store is located, spelled backward!
