Located in the center of Sapporo, Hokkaido,

Maruyama Park, a popular resting place for Sapporo residents

The autumn foliage season has arrived!

This time, I visited Maruyama Park in the vibrant autumn colors, and I'd like to share my experience.

📍Miyagaoka 3, Chuo-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido
→ Approximately a 9-minute walk from Exit 3 of Maruyama-koen Station on the Tozai Subway Line

Autumn foliage in Hokkaido, especially in Maruyama Park,

is not often seen in red.

There are many yellow and orange foliage.

I visited on a Saturday morning,

There weren't many tourists or leaf-peepers, so I was able to spend a relaxing, peaceful time.

There are some playground equipment, so it's perfect for families with children.

The autumn leaves reflected in the pond are also beautiful.

If you get tired of walking, there's a cafe in front of the park,

so it's a great place to take a break.
