What is Chiralito?

I went to Chillalito, the new shop that opened in Sapporo Stellar Place in October.
There were lots of shops you could just pop in and take a quick look at. It was a sparkling space that shopping lovers couldn't resist.

There were shops selling clothes, miscellaneous goods, accessories, cosmetics, and other things that girls love.
