We stayed at the Jinsanwan International Hotel, an 18-minute drive from Jingzhou Station.
That evening, we went to Dasaixiang Snack Street and enjoyed a variety of delicious food. The food was quite authentic and full of local flavor.
Day 2: After breakfast, we visited the Jingzhou Museum to experience the rich Jingchu culture, which was both eye-opening and awe-inspiring. At noon, we visited Zhang Juzheng's Former Residence and dined at an authentic Jingzhou restaurant nearby.
In the afternoon, we got our makeup done, rented Warring States robes, and took stunning photos in period costume at Zhang Juzheng's Former Residence and Binyang Tower. That evening, we went to Changjiang Snack Street for a hearty meal.
Day 2: We visited Binjiang Park. The park is quite large, with fresh air and beautiful scenery. It's a perfect place to relax all day. It's right next to the Binjiang Bridge. In the evening, watching the sunset slowly descend, the world became quiet and beautiful. On Day 3, we visited Zhanghua Temple during the day. It wasn't crowded there, perfect for a quiet retreat. The environment is elegant, clean, and pure, with fresh air, perfect for a relaxing break.
In the evening, we visited Fantawild, a place we've always dreamed of visiting. It wasn't crowded, so we enjoyed a variety of attractions, including the Chu Music, Qu Yuan, and Nuwa Mending the Sky. We also saw fireworks, a national music festival, and performances. The performances were quite impressive, and we felt the profound cultural heritage of Chu culture.
Jingzhou is a historic and cultural city with a vibrant atmosphere. The streets are clean, and the food is affordable and authentic. It's definitely worth a visit.
