[Hokkaido] Sapporo Snow Festival 2023 report!

The Sapporo Snow Festival is something you should visit at least once in your life☃️
This year, it was held for the first time in three years with spectators, and it was very lively!

There are two venues: the Odori venue, about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station, and the Susukino venue, about a 10-minute walk further south from there. At the Odori venue, you can see snow sculptures made from snow, and at the Susukino venue, you can see glass-like ice sculptures!

If you're visiting on the weekend, we recommend the subway free pass "Donichika," which costs 520 yen for adults and is very convenient. This year, it will be held until February 11th (Sat). If you fly, you can go from the Kanto region as a day trip, so please go!
