When you think of traveling to Japan in winter, the first place that comes to mind is probably Sapporo. Sapporo is quite cold in winter. While sightseeing at Odori Park, you can take pictures with the Sapporo TV Tower in the background, and you can also climb up the TV Tower to enjoy the night view of Sapporo City, which was nice.
The price is 1,000JPY per person.
They say that if you go during the Snow Festival held in early February, you can see the festival site from the TV Tower, but I regret not being able to see it when I went in January. I think it would be good to refer to these parts when planning your trip!
