One of our favourite things to do during our weekend visits to JB is to eat our way around all of the great cafes and restaurants there offering delicious food at wallet-friendly prices!

This chain has really flourished and for a good reason! Serving delectable local cuisine that is reliably and consistently executed, whether you opt for Chinese or Malay food, everything is well done and just right! Their famous Pan Mee is even sold in packets so you can bring a piece of Oriental home with you!
✌️268 Hometown Restaurant
Located in a residential enclave not far from Paradigm Mall, this homey zi char joint us no frills but very authentic. The butter fried baby squid was fresh and tender. San Lao horfun was also highly recommended and did not disappoint! Only thing is the long wait so best to go early!
