Took a Walk in Kota Lama, Old City of Semarang

This is one of the must-go spots if you go to Semarang. And get your camera ready! Because it didn't feel like you were in Indonesia, with all those European style buildings. It felt more like I was in New Orleans.
Old buildings in this area were from the 18th century, back then when Indonesia was occupied by the Dutch. Hence the European style.
This area was pedestrian friendly and very pretty, but for cars the traffic was a bit jammed. There were many aesthetic coffee shops that I really wanted to hop on to, alas I was on a tight budget. But I hope next time I'll be able to try them!
