Mount Rinjani is not just a mountain—it’s an experience that pushes your body and rewards your soul. I embarked on a 3-day trek through lush forest, past waterfalls, and up steep volcanic ridges. Reaching the crater rim at sunrise was surreal—the view of the caldera lake with a mini volcano inside it felt like another planet. It’s challenging, no doubt, but every aching step is worth it for the panoramic vistas and the feeling of conquering something immense. I camped under a sky blanketed with stars and woke to mist rolling over lava rock. A must-do for adventurers.
