Dragon Eye or Dragon Eye (Kagami-numa) is located in the Hachimantai Mountains, Akita Prefecture, Tohoku Region, Japan.

You can get there by renting a car or taking a bus from Morioka, Iwate Prefecture on the Hachimantai Aspite Route, a distance of over 20 km between Akita-Iwate.

For outdoor enthusiasts who like to walk and enjoy nature, we recommend Dragon Eye, which is only available once a year, from Mid May to Mid June (best time: late May+/- depending on the weather each year).

Preparation: Check the weather and prepare for the unstable cold weather on the high mountains. Wear waterproof, non-slip hiking shoes because there is snow along the way.
