The shop has an oil press and they use freshly pressed oil.

The noodles are also made in-house,
and are simply mixed with a soy sauce-based sauce and topped with sesame, perilla, and seaweed powder.

I thought "I love this🥹💕" from the first bite
The side dishes were also delicious
It was crowded so I had to eat quickly
