Specializes in beef innards🐃!

They have both indoor and outdoor tent seating. This time, I ate in the tent.☺️✨

The platter included hwangso gopchang (small intestine),
daechang (large intestine), hongchang (appendicum),
boljip (beehive, second stomach), yeomtong (heart), and
yang (tripe). Once grilled,
vegetables like mushrooms and chives were stir-fried as well.🙆‍♀️

I've never eaten so much offal in one go,
and above all, it's incredibly fatty.🥹 lol

and I was wondering if it would help reduce the calories a little by removing all the fat that was released at once.🥹
They also sprinkled some kind of magic powder on it,
and I'm curious to know what it was.🤣

When I tried it...
The fat from the innards was delicious.🐃🤍

It had no fishy smell, and I've never really liked innards before, so I've never tried them in Korea, but I'm so glad I did.☺️

Beer and soju go really well with this kind of fatty dish.🤭🍻
