#SummerCampaign
In Japan, eel is eaten on Doyo no Ushi no Hi (Day of the Ox) to build stamina during the summer,
but in Korea, it's customary to eat Samgyetang (Samgyetang) during summer Bonnal. ✨
This year's Bonnal was celebrated for three days:
July 20th (First Day of the Ox), July 30th (Middle Day of the Ox), and August 9th (Last Day of the Ox).
Since the hot weather continues in both Korea and Japan,
this time, I came to eat Gomtang (stem soup) with lots of chicken. ♡
Celebrities also frequent this restaurant, and there are tons of autographs inside!!
Solo dining is welcome, so I saw people eating alone, groups of people eating individual portions of Dakgomtang, and groups of people eating Dattritang in a hot pot. ✨
Plenty of chicken!!
It has a mild flavor, so season with salt and pepper. ✨
It was also delicious with pickled cabbage. ❤️
This time, we didn't have samgyetang, but
Since the hot weather in Japan is still going strong,
enjoy samgyetang and dak gomtang while you're traveling.
Let's beat the heat with these dishes! 🌻
